Villa Isabel is a marvelous typical Canarian rural house. Dating from the 18th century, it's entirely built of stone and wood. Situated in the historic center of one of the most peaceful and beautiful mid-altitude villages, Arico. It's highly unlikely that any noise will interrupt your rest. It was restored by its current owner, a descendant of the original owner. It offers all modern conveniences without losing that old-world charm. It has two spacious bedrooms, two patios, and three bathrooms. It features a garden terrace with fruit trees and wonderful views of the ravine. A small grocery store is located on the adjacent street, where you can buy anything you need, and at the end of the street where Villa Isabel is located, there's a lovely little church with its tree-lined square and an excellent tapas bar, "La Pimienta," run by a charming German couple where you can enjoy a beer and some delicious home-cooked food. Several hiking trails are available in the area, and if you want to swim in the sea, you only need to take a car or bus to the village of Porís, which is a 10-minute drive away. In short... the best place to disconnect and enjoy the silence...

We expect neighborhood rules to be respected and that you avoid making annoying and unnecessary noise.

Remember to register all guests with your reservation (10€ extra per person, per night).

As a general rule, with no exceptions, we perform a cleaning of the house starting on the fifth night (and/or every 5 days).

This service includes:
- Changing of bed linens, bathroom linens, and kitchen linens.
- Cleaning of bathrooms, patio, garden, and jacuzzi.
- It does *not* include scrubbing cooking utensils such as dishes or pots, nor do we remove your kitchen trash...the bins are approximately 50 meters away...:)

For the best maintenance of the jacuzzi, when not in use, we recommend leaving it covered securely with both available lids...this will help maintain its cleanliness and ensure a high-quality experience.

We suggest responsible use of electricity and water.

Smoking is permitted only on the patio and in the garden.

Avoid leaving trash in common areas.

We want you to leave the place in the same good condition you found it.

Respect the house as if it were your own.
